Eliza was bred by Suzannah Turk and when Vittoria heard that there was mare for sale by Cevin Z she jumped at the chance to try her and instantly fell in love! Vittoria has long been a fan of horses by Cevin Z, as he also sired her London 2012 Olympic ride Borough Pennyz. Eliza also boasts the signature Cevin Z famous jump, which teamed with lovely paces and a trainable brain make her a very exciting prospect for the future....she is a sensitive girl, but a pleasure to work with as she always gives her best! We are delighted to have formed a syndicate to support Eliza, all of whom have throughly enjoyed following her journey so far and have been rewarded with countless double clears and top placings.
After a successful 2021 season Eliza stepped up to Novice in 2022 with many more top placings leading to a 3rd in her first 2*S at Burgham and a 5th in the one at Cornbury showing much enthusiasm for both jumping phases and calmness and accuracy in the dressage.
Another of Vittoria’s horses to have an excellent 2023 season was Eliza who progressed seamlessly to Intermediate level which culminated with a very impressive 7th place in her first CCI-S 3* at South of England International. Eliza was placed 2nd in her second Intermediate run at Wellington International and was 14th in her first at Upton House.
